The dendrite spacing is an important factor to measure the corrosion resistance life of aluminum-zinc plating products, and the smaller the dendrite spacing, the better the corrosion resistance of the coating. If the dendrite spacing of aluminum-zinc plating is greater than 20μm, the corrosion resistance of the product is poor.
Due to the advantages of the formula and the control of the coating thickness, the dendrite spacing is 10-15μm under the electron microstructure, and the corrosion resistance of the product is good.

Ideal plating structure

The stability of the crystallization determines the size and uniformity of the zinc flower, and the zinc flower is precisely controlled under the joint action of steel strip temperature, liquid zinc temperature, surface roughness, post-plating cooling, and special formulation of zinc liquid.
The diameter of the zinc flower of Shinmade aluminized zinc is controlled between 0.5-3mm, and the zinc flower is small and uniform, and the appearance effect is stable.
Passivation Fingerprint Resistant Proces
Shinmade aluminum-zinc plating post-treatment adopts two coating and two drying processes, that is, passivation first, drying and cooling, and then coating fingerprint resistance and drying cooling, the fingerprint resistance film is thicker and cured more thoroughly, and the processing lubrication is relatively better.
Aluminum-zinc sheet refers to the steel plate plating on the basis of zinc added aluminum (passivation protection), the general composition is 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, 1.5% silicon, with excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance, corrosion resistance is 2-4 times that of galvanized sheet, but also has the high temperature corrosion resistance of aluminum plate, smooth surface, good appearance.
