The secondary absorption tower is adopted to absorb the outcoming atmosphere, and the outcoming index is far lower than the national standard. The waste water produced in the production process is replaced by the new “liquid-alkali+coagulation precipitation treatment process”, which reduces the production of 90% of the hazardous waste. After the treatment of the new process, the apperance of effluent is clear. Cod index meets and is lower than industry standard.
