Shinmade has a scientific research team of hundreds people,our Inspection and Testing Center has passed the CNAS certification,and our enterprise technology center is recognized as the Provincial Enterprise Technology Center of Shandong Province, We also have carried out extensive industry-university-research cooperation with well-known universities and research institutes such as Shandong University, University of Science and Technology Beijing, and Central Iron and Steel Research Institute.

In recent years, over 300 scientific research projects have been completed, including 36 projects under Shandong Province's Science and Technology Innovation Program. We have obtained 16 invention patents, 114 utility model patents, 13 software copyrights, and participated in drafting two industry standards.

Laboratory with CNAS certification

CNAS is the abbreviation of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment. It is the only institution in China approved and authorized by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the P.R.C to issue a certification to the laboratory accredited by China. After passing the CNAS certification, the inspection report issued by the laboratory can be accepted by other countries.

The testing field of CNAS certification by Shinmade Laboratory is the testing of metal materials and their finished products. The testing includes 14 performance indicators such as mechanical properties, Vickers-hardness, and chemical composition. The applied testing equipment includes 11 pieces of equipment like spectroscope, Vickers-hardness tester, electronic universal tensile testing machine, and extensometer.

The pre-painted steel laboratory has a team of professional people and many sets of advanced R&D equipment such as DJH film thickness system, Datacolor colorimeter, Q-LAB UV light accelerated aging tester, Q-FOG salt spray cyclic corrosion tester and other international equipment that carry out various professional performance tests on color-coated products.
